  1. Log, triage, and resolve Tier-1 tickets via Odoo Helpdesk, phone, and email.
  2. Monitor system health and escalate complex incidents.
  3. Maintain configuration and resolution documentation.
  4. Onboard/offboard users, prepare/decommission hardware.
  5. Develop quick-start guides and conduct user training.
