Job Description
| The Sales Manager drives revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, negotiating contracts, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring accurate CRM records while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. |
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, online research, and qualify them based on needs and sales potential.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to finalize sales agreements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and uncover opportunities for repeat business or upgrades.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Odoo CRM.
