Job Description
| The ERP Lead Project Manager drives end-to-end ERP project delivery by defining scope, planning timelines, managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing Odoo configuration and implementation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. |
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (functional analysts, developers, testers, stakeholders).
- Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans.
- Oversee ERP (Odoo) system configuration, customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and report status to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and best practices.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations.
- Conduct quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
- Mentor and coach project team members.
